慢性刺激对链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察慢性刺激(CMS)对大鼠糖尿病(DM)发病及进程的影响及其在DM发生、发展中的作用。方法应用链脲佐菌素(STZ)加高脂高糖饮食诱导DM大鼠的过程中,增加CMS因素,观察CMS对大鼠生化指标和行为学的影响。结果与正常组相比,DM组和DM+CMS组大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素水平均升高(P<0.05),出现了明显的胰岛素抵抗现象;与正常组大鼠相比,CMS组、DM组及DM+CMS组大鼠的上窜时间均缩短,不动时间延长(均P<0.05);DM+CMS组大鼠进入开放臂的次数和停留时间亦明显缩短(P<0.05);与正常组相比,各实验组大鼠血清皮质醇水平均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论慢性刺激本身并不能直接诱发DM,但它的存在可加重大鼠的胰岛素抵抗,促进DM的发生和发展。
