摘要
针对常规游梁式抽油机不易实现低冲次的运动特性,分析了一种齿轮导杆式抽油机用换向机构。该换向机构主要由长杆不完整齿轮、齿条移动框、滚筒等构成。介绍了齿轮导杆式抽油机换向机构及其原理,建立了换向机构的力学模型;根据接触冲击算法,利用SolidWorks和Adams对换向机构进行了联合动力学仿真。结果表明,该换向机构在上冲程速度平缓,在下冲程存在加速度突增;对比该抽油机在3种不同冲次下的加速度仿真曲线,该抽油机满足低产井的生产要求;对比常规式和齿轮导杆式抽油机的加速度理论曲线,该抽油机上冲程的悬点加速度均小于常规抽油机,运动特性更优,更适用于低产井的采油作业;冲次变化对部件接触力影响较大。研究为后续换向机构强度计算提供了数据支撑。
Aiming at the low stroke times motion characteristics badly of beam pumping units,a reversing mechanism for gear guide-rod pumping units is analyzed.The reversing mechanism is mainly composed of a long rod incomplete gear,a rack moving frame,a roller and the like.Firstly,the gear guide-rod pumping unit reversing mechanism and its principle are introduced,and then the mechanical model of the reversing mechanism is established.Then,based on the contact impact algorithm,the joint dynamics simulation of the reversing mechanism is carried out by using Solidworks and Adams.The results show that,the speed of the reversing mechanism is gentle on the upstroke,and there is a sudden increase in acceleration on the downstroke.Comparing the acceleration simulation curves of the pumping unit under three different strokes,the pumping unit meets the requirements of low-yield wells production requirements.Comparing the acceleration theoretical curves of beam pumping unit and gear guide-rod pumping unit,the acceleration of the suspension point of the upstroke of this pumping unit is less than that of beam pumping unit,has better motion characteristics,and is suitable for low production well oil extraction operation.The change of stroke times has a greater impact on the contact force of components.At the same time,it provides data support for the subsequent strength calculation of the reversing mechanism.
