摘要
本文采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法检测国内外重组人生长激素经胰蛋白酶裂解的肽片段，并与天然人生长激素对比，肽图谱分析的结果表明，重组人生长激素与其天然产物的分子结构具有同一性，国内各批产品的蛋白质一级结构具有一致性。ＨＰＬＣ胰肽图谱分析为基因工程多肽药物的质量控制提供了一种有效手段。
HPLC-tryptic mapping of r-hGH were analysed and compared with nature hGH. The results show that molecular structure r-hGH and nGH are identical, r-hGH made in China has lot-to-lot consistency of primary structure (within the limites of this technique). This technique is an effecient tool for the quality control biotechnology -derived pharmaceutical products.
