基于非线性动力学的缺血缺氧HRV分析 被引量:1

摘要 缺血缺氧脑损伤研究是当今的热门课题,本文采用了非线性动力学参数1/f斜率和相关维数,对缺血缺氧状况下的心率变异性(heartratevariability,HRV)进行动态跟踪分析。结果表明,与正常情况相比,1/f斜率和相关维数在脑缺血缺氧时均有不同程度的下降,这为临床量化监测缺血缺氧脑损伤提供了一种新的途径。 The study on brain ischemia and asphyxia is the pop task nowadays. In this paper, two nonlinear parameter-1/f slope and correlation dimension-were emp loyed to trace the performance of HRV(Heart Rate Variability) under the brain as phyxia condition. The results showed that both of the parameters decline during the brain asphyxia period compared to that in the natural complextion, which pro vides a novel quantitative approach to monitor brain asphyxia injury.
