摘要
本文回顾了关于心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）及血压变异性（ＢＰＶ）的最新进展。在分析方法方面，介绍了单一生理变量及多变量系统的线性分析技术及其主要结果。对ＨＲＶ／ＢＰＶ谱的生理意义及其应用问题，也进行了回顾与评述。
This paper reviews the literature on the methodological issues relevant to signal processing,computation,and clinical applications of heart rate(HR)and blood pressure(BP)variability.Linear techniques for both single signal and relations between the signals,and clinical role of HRV and BPV analysis are examined. Some recent studies in this field are also mentioned.
