摘要
目的:测试大鼠活体脑组织优化散射系数(reducedscatteringcoefficient:μ’s)。材料与方法:利用稳定态光纤光谱仪对大鼠脑组织的优化散射系数进行了系统研究,基本方法是利用悬乳液(Intralipid)和模拟胶(Phantom)模拟实验的μ’s经验公式得到大鼠脑组织在近红外波段(650nm~850nm)μ’s谱。结果:获得了大鼠脑白质和脑灰质的优化散射系数活体在位测量经验公式。结论:首次获得活体在位大鼠脑组织μ’s谱规律。
Objective: Reduced scattering coefficient(μ's)measurement of living ra t brain tissue.Materials and methods: A specific designed fiber optical spectrum system was applied to measure the optical parameters in rat brain tissue. The r educed scattering coefficient(μ's) spectrum was obtained from the responding em pirical formula which can be fitted through intralipid and phantom experiment. R esults:measurements.The empirical formula of reduce scattering coefficient(μ' s) in gray matter and white matter of rat brain tissue was obtained from the sys temic statistic analysis. Conclusion: the μ's NIR spectrum of live rat brain ti ssue was obtain for the first time.
