摘要
利用红外光谱仪分析聚氨酯涂料的固化过程,测定了其在120 ℃的固化程度和固化速度,并确定了其固化条件为120 ℃ ×30 min 。根据红外光谱分析的结果,导出了计算聚氨酯涂料固化速度的经验公式。
The curing degree and curing speed of polyurethane coatings were determined by using the FT-IR spectrometer, analyzing the curing process of polyurethane coatings at 120 ℃, and the optimum curing schedule was fixed at 120 ℃×130 min According to the analytical result of FT-IR, the empiric calculating equation of curing speed of polyurethane coatings was deduced
