摘要
首先利用数据挖掘中的粗糙集理论对铁谱磨损模式进行了简化,再建立发动机磨损故障诊断的模糊Petri网模型,该模型将模糊启发式规则的表示和诊断能力融为一体,完成不确定性知识和过程性的模糊诊断推理,并通过简单的矩阵运算快速获得了诊断结果。Matlab的仿真结果证明,该方法在信息不完善或不准确的情况下,对柴油机磨损故障诊断是有效的。
First modified the the diesel engine wear patterns by model library of rough sets of data mining, then established the fuzzy petri net model of diesel engine wear fault diagnosis. This model merges the expression of the fuzzy heuristic rule and the diagnosis ability into one whole, and con〉 pletes the fuzzy diagnosis inference of the indetermination knowledge and the process, and obtains fast the diagnosis result through the simple matrix operation. The Matlab simulation result proved that the method is effective on diesel engine wear fault diagnosis.
