摘要
考察了激光散射法测定裂化催化剂粒度分布的影响因素,诸如样品的分散处理方式、测量时间、搅拌速度、遮光度及计算理论的选择等,从而确定了分析条件,即不超声分散,遮光度在13%~18%范围内,搅拌泵速2500r/min,测量时间10s。分析结果表明,催化裂化催化剂经超声分散处理易导致测量结果偏小,采用Mie理论计算模型可以减少分析结果的差异。
Factors influencing the particle size distribution of FCC cata ly sts using laser light scattering apparatus were investigated, which are the samp le dispersing style, measuring time, stir speed, obscuration and the selection o f calculating theory. Through investigation, the analysis conditions were withou t using ultrasonic dispersing, an obscuration range of 13% to 18%, stir speed 25 00rpm and a measuring time of 10s. The analysis result showed that dispersing ca talysts by ultrasonic reduced the test value of particle size, using Mie theory as calculation model could lessen the discrepancy.
