摘要
基于Fraunhofer Diffraction提出了一种更为确当的适用于粒子尺寸分布反演的半经验公式 ,在前向小角范围内与精确的Mie解相吻合 ,其精确度比FymatALandMeaseKD的近似在不同的范围有了不同程度的提高 ,特别在粒径很小时有了很大的提高。给出了在此半经验公式下实现粒子尺寸分布反演的两种方法。
Fraunhofer-Diffraction has not only theoretical but also practical meanings.The measurement of particle size is an importan t application of Fraunhofer-Diffraction.In order to precisely calculate the par ticle size,it is necessary to make the results of Fraunhofer-Diffraction unlimi tedly to close to Mie solution.But the considerable difference between results o f Fraunhofer-Diffraction and Mie solution exists, if the particle size p arameter x ,defined as x =π d/λ ,closes by one.This paper propos ed a more exact semiempirical formula to fit with the particle size distribution inversion.Acco rding to the semiempirical formula,the calculation results are exactly coinciden t with Mie’s solution at small forward angles.Comparing with the approximation of Fymat A L and Mease K D,the formula gives much higher precise of measurement of particle size distribution for all the range,especially for minute particles. Also,this paper presented two methods to perform the particle size distribution inversion.
