常规大容量煤粉锅炉炉内通过燃烧控制降低NO_x的主要措施探讨 被引量:4

Principal Means of Reducing NO_x Emission by Controlled Combustion in Furnaces of Conventional Large Pulverized Coal Firing Boilers

摘要 从NOx生成的机理出发,提出国内电厂降低NOx应从快速着火,高温燃烧,煤粉和空气适时混合,在火焰内完成NOx的出发。指出了国内电厂大容量煤粉锅炉降低NOx的有效措施。同时定量分析了几种因素对NOx排放的影响。 Based on the mechanism of NO_x formation, it is pointed out that, for reducing NO_x emission in power plants, heed should be given to quick ignition, high temperature combustion, appropriate mixing of air and pulverized coal, and to reduction of NO_x formation within the scope of the flame. Effective means of reducing NO_x emission by large pulverized coal boilers in this country are listed accordingly, accompanied by a quantitative analysis of the effect that various factors have on NO_x emission.
