摘要
对某电厂超超临界1 000MW机组锅炉设置3台和2台引风机配置方案进行分析,按照低负荷时引风机高效率运行的原则,提出对于低负荷运行时间较长的机组采用每台机组配置3台引风机的设计方案,这样风机运行模式灵活,运行效率较高,增加的设备初投资10年即可回收。
On the basis of discussion on the allocation scheme of induced draft(ID)fans for an ultra supercritical 1 000MW unit,the ID fan types were selected for the configuration schemes with three and two ID fans.According to the principle that the ID fan runs with high efficiency under low load condition,the operation mode of the ID fan under low load condition was determined.Comparison and analysis on the above two allocation schemes were conducted,from technical economy aspect.For units with long-term operation under low load,it suggested that three ID fans should be allocated for each unit.In this design scheme,the ID fans had flexible operation mode and high efficiency,and the initial investment for new added equipments can be recovered within 10years.
