摘要
针对某电厂660 MW超超临界锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题,进行了制粉系统优化调整试验,分析了磨煤机通风量、动态分离器转速和液压油加载力对磨煤机工作特性的影响。同时定量分析了一次风量和磨煤机出口温度对排烟温度的影响。通过适当降低一次风量和提高磨煤机出口温度,锅炉排烟温度偏高的问题得到了缓解。
In view of the problem of high exhaust gas temperature on the 660MW ultra-supercritical boiler in a power plant,optimized experiments of pulverizing system were conducted.The influence of some major factors such as the primary air flow rate,classifier rotation speed and the loading force on the operation characters of coal pulverizer had been studied.After that,the influence of the primary air flow rate and the outlet temperature of coal pulverizers on exhaust gas temperature had been analyzed quantitatively.The exhaust gas temperature could be decreased by reducing the primary air flow rate and improving the mill outlet temperature.
