摘要
通过对当前高校培养社会适应性人才的重要性和迫切性的认识,以社会对大学生素质期望及现状评述之调研总结为客观依据,指出了当代大学生所面临的困惑和素质缺失,并从学校培养机制上进行了成因分析,提出了高校转变教育观念,优化育人环境,推进教育创新,落实素质教育,培养社会适应性人才的相关建议。
Through the recognition of the importance and the urgency of cultivating students adapting to the society, and based on the expectation of the society on the undergraduates, quality and its current conditions after investigation, this paper points out the bewilderment and the absence of the basic abilities of the undergraduates, analyzes the cause from the school education mechanism. It also puts forward some suggestions, such as transforming the education ideas, improving the cultivation circumstances, advancing the education innovation, enforcing timber education, and cultivating students adapting to the society.
