摘要
大学毕业生适应社会是指大学生毕业后在新的社会关系中调整自己的行为模式 ,努力与社会达到一种和谐状态的角色转换过程。当代社会变迁速度加快决定了创新是大学毕业生适应社会的必然选择 ,而创新智慧是大学毕业生实现创新生存。
The graduate's adapting themselves to society is a process of role changing, in which the graduate regulate his behavior pattern in new social relation in order to meet with the need of society. The quickening of social change determines that creation is a major way to guide the graduate to adapt themselves to society. Creative wisdom of the graduate is a strong support to help them to finish the creation and adapt themselves to society as quickly as possible.
