摘要
结晶天花粉蛋白对Jar人绒癌细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,培育48小时后的ID50为3.3μg/ml:而Hela人宫颈癌细胞和正常纤维细胞的ID50分别为13.0和16.0μg/ml。此外,结晶天花粉蛋白对Jar细胞的hCG分泌显示更强的抑制作用,培养48小时后,抑制50%hCG分泌的结晶天花粉浓度为1.3μg/ml。文中并对天花粉蛋白的选择性抑制作用的机理,加以讨论。
The effect of crystalline trichosanthin on two tumour cell lines , Jar(human choriocarcinom a )and Hela (human carcinoma of cervix), and one normal cell line Fib (human normal skin fibroblast ) was studied. Trichosanthin exerts a selective antiproliferative activity towards the Jar cells as determined by the total protein assay of survival cells and hCG sercretion (in Jar). ID50 is around 3.3μg/ml for Jar cells compared to 13.0 μg/ml for Hela and 16.0 μ g/ml for Fib cells after 48 hour incubation. The mechanism of this selective antitum our activity is discussedd.
