摘要
本文总结了我所临床研究室1980年1月～1989年6月对妊娠5～16周的妇女进行复方天花粉药物流产7754例的临床资料。结果:成功率为95.48%,较重过敏发生率为0.13%。复方天花粉加用地塞米松的成功率为96.41%,较重过敏发生率下降至0.07%,副反应症状减少,程度减轻。在7754例中,无死亡及后遗症病例,无并发症,保证了临床安全用药。
This paper reports the clinical data about administration of crystal Trichosanthin pro-tein(CTP)combined with reserpine and testosterone propionate for the termination in7754 cases of pregnancy from 5 to 16 weeks in clinical department of our institute fromJanuary 1980 to June 1989.The results showed that the success rate was 95.48%,andthe incidence rate of marked serious sensitization was 0.13%.The success rate in patientsinjected with CTP combined with the use of dexamethasone was 96.41%, and the incidence rateof marked serious sensitization fell to 0.07%,symptoms of side effects being also de-creased and alleviated.No case of death or sequels,or complications occurred among the 7754cases.Thus safety of clinical application is ensured.
