摘要
研究了从茶籽中提取茶皂素的工艺,结果表明茶籽中富含茶籽皂素,粗皂素含量达40.8％,纯度为69％。用乙醇从脱油的茶籽粉中提取皂素,固液比为1:4,提取温度为70℃,提取时间为1h。在此条件下提取茶皂素的得率为83.2％。精制后的茶皂素含量可达85％以上,精制收率为50％。
A process of extracting saponin from tea seed. The results showed that there was a plenty of saponin in the tea seed,and the content of crude saponin in the tea seed was 40.8% ,in purity 69% . Using ethnol to extraction saponin, The ex-traction condition was 1:4 (solid:liquid in wt. ) ,70℃ and 1h. The yield of saponin was 83.2% under this condition. The puri-ty was above 85% after refined. The yield of purification was 50% .
