摘要
报道了由计算机、扫描控制器、光栅单色仪和锁定放大器组成的光伏谱自动测量系统的结构、联机方法和工作流程.与手动光伏测量系统相比,可提高测量效率20倍,使在宽的波长范围内精确测量光伏谱成为容易的事.文中还给出了应用该系统测量AlAs/GaAs超晶格光伏谱的结果.
The structure, the linking method and the working process of the automatic photovoltage spectrum measuring system which are composed of computer,scanning controller,grating monochromator and lock-in amplifier have been reported. The system raises the measuring efficiency 20 times in comparison with manual system, which makes it easy to measure photovoltage spectrum accurately at large wavelength range. The experimental results of the application of the system to measuring photovoltage spectra of AlAs/GaAs superlattices are also reported.
