摘要
从计算机集成制造系统(CIPS)产生背景入手,回顾了CIMS的发展过程,比较了连续制造业与离散制造业的生产特点,描述了CIPS的概念模型和功能模型以及实施CIPS的关键技术,简述了国外CIPS在化工、冶金工业中的应用要况。同时提出了我国开展CIPS应用工程研究的若干设想。
This paper reviews the development process of the computer integrated manufacturing system (CIPS) and compares the production characteristics between the continuous manufacturing industry and the discrete manufacturing industry. A conceptural model and functional model of CIPS as well as the key techniques for implementing CIPS are described. A brief introduction is given to the application of CIPS abroad. Besides,some ideas about the research on CIPS in China are put forward.
