摘要
信息技术和现代管理技术的集成对中国企业的发展影响重大 ,作为传统工业之一的石油化工企业实现信息化已成为亟待解决的问题。在对现有分层功能体系结构分析的基础上 ,提出了适合中国石油化工企业实施的信息集成管理框架 ,使企业能够对系统内、外部各种变化及时响应 。
The integration of information technology and modern management technique has played an important role in the development of enterprises. As a traditional industry in China, petrochemical enterprises should particulary pay attention to realize it. Based on present system analysis, this paper brings forward the management frame work to implement the information integration in petrochemical enterprises.
