摘要
简要介绍了企业经营过程重构的基本内涵，探讨了将企业经营过程重构的技术引入到ＣＩＭＳ工程当中去的必要性，并且较为详细论述了几个关键的技术。最后提出了ＣＩＭＳ环境下企业经营过程重构的方法和步骤。
The basic connotation of business process reengineering is presented in this paper.The necessity of introducting BPR into CIMS is discussed.Some key techniques are introduced in detail.Finally,the methods and steps to enforce BPR under CIMS are set out.
