摘要
针对重庆市高新技术中小企业发展过程中融资困难的问题,在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,结合重庆市实际情况,从政府科技投入、风险投资机制、抵押担保、租赁融资等方面进行分析,并提出相关的对策、建议,以改善重庆市高新技术中小企业融资渠道,使其更加健康、快速地发展。
Direct against the question of the financing difficulty in the evolution of small and medium-sized enterprises of new and high technology in Chongqing, on the basis of using domestic and international successful experience for reference, combining the actual conditions of Chongqing, this paper analyzes the guarantees from government’s input in science and technology, the mechanism of risk investment , mortgage , leases such respects as financing ,etc. puts forward relevant countermeasure and suggestion, in order to improve the financing channel of small and medium-sized enterprises of the new and high technology in Chongqing, make it develop more healthily and faster.
