摘要
2011年12月27日召开的中央农村工作会议和会上讨论的中央1号文件《中共中央、国务院关于加快推进农业科技创新持续增强农产品供给保障能力的若干意见(讨论稿)》指出:农业科技是现代农业的根本出路;要加快推进农业科技创新,大幅度提高农业科技投入强度,引导和鼓励金融机构、社会资金投入农业科技。本文分析了现代农业融资需求的特点,并对金融如何加大农业科技支持力度提出了对策建议。
On the central rural working conference held on Dec 27, 2011, the consultative version of 2012 Central No.l Document was discussed on improving innovation on agricultural science and technology and strengthening support for agricultural goods. It points out that agricultural science and technology is the backbone of modem agriculture. Strides should be made to push forward the innovation on agricultural science and technology, increase investment to agricultural science and technology, guide and encourage financial institutions and public fund to invest in agricultural science and technology. This paper analyzes the financing feature of modern agriculture and puts forward policy suggestion on how to strengthen financial support for agricultural science and technology.
