摘要
目的探讨人工流产患者术前的心理状况,为心理支持提供依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SD S),让患者在人流术前24￣72h自评,根据指导语提示不记名独立完成评定。结果48例人工流产患者的SA S、SD S总分均值分别与常模比较,P<0.01,都存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁。结论人工流产患者在人流术前会出现焦虑和抑郁,应对她们提供针对性的心理支持。
Objective To probe the patients' psychologic status before induced abortion and supply the base for psychologic support. Methods Patients were evaluated by themselves by SAS and SDS 24~72 h before induced abortion, and according to the guidance they finished the evaluation independently and without signing their names. Results The mean score of SAS and SDS of 48 patient undergoing induced abortion were compared with the norm respectively (P<0.01). Anxiety and depression with different degree were found in both. Conclusion The patients show anxiety and depression before induced abortion, thus some psychologic support should be given to them pertinently.
