溶氧控制和pH控制在赖氨酸分批发酵过程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 研究了溶氧和pH值对赖氨酸产生菌FB42发酵的影响,结合发酵过程的动力学分析,得出了分批发酵操作的溶氧和pH控制模式。结果表明两种控制都使发酵水平得到提高,但以溶氧控制更有效,在溶氧控制模式下,发酵的转化率从33.6%提高到38.1%。 The influence of dissolved oxygen and pH on lysine fermentation by Brevibac-terium flavmn FB42 in batch process was studied.By means of controlling Kla,dissolvedoxygen tension was controlled.Aimed with kinetic analysis of fermentation process,the Kla control and pH control strategies were obtained succesfully.The results indicated thatthe lysine production was inhenced by useing either of the two strategies,Comparsion of Kla and pH control showed the former more effective with the increase of the overall process yield from 0.336 to 0.381g. Lys. HCl/g,glucose.
