二恶英对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响

摘要 目的:研究二恶英(TCDD)对于小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法:将48只雌雄各半的昆明种小鼠按性别随机分为高、中、低剂量染毒组和对照组,每组6只,染毒剂量分别为100μg/kg体重、10μg/kg体重、1μg/kg体重,用腹腔注射的方式一次染毒,24 h和48 h后进行跳台实验,记录小鼠首次跳下的潜伏期和跳下的错误次数。结果:与对照组相比,雄性小鼠中高剂量组的记忆潜伏期显著增加(P<0.05),在记忆功能实验中,雌性小鼠低、高剂量染毒组中小鼠跳下平台的错误次数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:二恶英对小鼠的学习记忆功能有一定的影响,且存在性别差异。 Objectives:To assess the effect of TCDD on the learning and memorial function of mice.Methods: 24 male mice and 24 female mice were randomly divided into four groups according to the sex:high dose(100 μg/kg) groμp,middle dose(10 μk/kg) group,low dose(1 μg/kg)group and the control group.Each group has 6 mice.The mice were injected ip with TCDD(controls were injected ip with DMSO).After 24 hours and 48 hours,the step-down test was performed to evaluate the learning and memorial function of the mice.Results: Compared with the controls,there was a significant increase in the memorial latent time of the male mice(P〈0.05) from the high-dose group and the wrong step down times was significantly increased in the female rats with low and high dose of TCDD(P〈0.05).Conclusions: TCDD has certain effects on the learning and memorial function of mice,with some differences between male and female mice.
