摘要
采用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠 (NaDDC)为螯合剂 ,对Cu(Ⅱ )、Hg(Ⅱ )、Pb(Ⅱ )、Zn(Ⅱ )、Cd(Ⅱ )、Cr(Ⅵ )六种重金属离子进行了螯合萃取分离体系的方法研究 ,用HPLC方法建立了上述金属离子的最佳分离条件及定性定量分析方法。结果表明 ,用C1 8反相柱 ( 5 μm ,1 5 0× 4 6mmi d )和流动相 (V(乙腈 )∶V(甲醇 )∶V(水 ) =5 5∶1 5∶3 0 )能有效分离上述重金属离子 ,最低检测限在 0 1~ 1 6ng范围内 。
The newly method of Reversed_phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography has been set up and applied to the qualitative separation and quantitative determination of some heavy metal ions including Cu(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Cr(VI) by using the diethyldithiocarbamate as the chelates and chloroform as the extractive solvent in the paper.The researching results show these heavy metal ions can be separated effectively by using acetonitrile∶methanol∶water=55∶15∶30 as mobile phase and C18 reversed_phase column(5μm,1 50×4.6mm i.d.),under the flow_rate of 1.0mL/min and detection wavelength of 265nm,the detection limit is from 0.1 ng to 1.6ng,the linearity range and relation can meet the requirement ofquantitative analysis for the trace heavy metal ions,the method has good reproducibility and sensitivity.
