摘要
根据糖能引发乙腈和水的混合溶液的相分离原理,将二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠与Ni2+、Co2+、Cu2+和Hg2+形成的螯合物萃取到体积较小的乙腈相,实现了待测金属螯合物的浓缩富集,并在C18柱上完成了各螯合物的分离。将这种方法应用到红糖样品中Cu2+的检测,获得了满意的结果。
Based on the principle that sugar can induce phase separation of mixture solution of acetonitrile and water,the chelates formed between sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate and Ni2+,Co2+,Cu2+ and Hg2+ were transferred to the acetonitrile phase in less volume.The preconcentrated chelates were separated on C18 column.This method was successfully applied to the determination of copper in brown sugar samples.
