摘要
本文以社会变革为背景,阐述了社会体制环境的变迁与观念的更新对国书馆的冲击;指出新时期图书馆职能的侧重点已转向为经济建设服务;提出当前图书馆的运行机制应是“一馆两化”,即“图书情报一体化”、“文献信息产业化”。
Based on the analysis of the changes of the society, this paper discusses the impact of the changes of the concept and the environment of the social system on libraries, and shows that the main function of libraries in the new period has been changed to serve the economy construction. The essence of the change is to develop its information function.Finally,the author points out the ideal operation model for libraries in the new period is 'an integration of library and information' and 'industrialization of library and information work'.
