摘要
本文提出了当前困扰基层研究所图书情报室的 3 个主要问题:业务经费不足,图书情报队伍不稳和图书情报人员忽视理论学习,并根据基层研究所实际情况,提出了相应的解决办法。
The reform in China has created new opportunities for the library and information services in research insititutes; nevertheless, some problems arise in the course of the reform. such as the lack of funds,the instability of library and information staff and the neglecting of theoretical studies. Under the circumstance,in the research institutes,possible solutions and ways are put forward to deal with the challenge.
