摘要 本文介绍农用聚乙烯调光膜的制造、性能和应用.通过将稀土络合物调光剂和其他功能助剂添加到聚乙烯树脂中,经挤出塑化吹胀成型制得调光膜.膜的拉伸强度(纵/横)、断裂伸长率(纵/横)和直角撕裂强度(纵/横)分别为17.2/16.1MPa、413/457%、81/86kN;用红、兰、绿色调光剂可分别制得主峰波长为616nm的红光膜、436nm的兰光膜和540nm的绿光膜,其中以红光膜最佳.经农田实际应用表明,该调光膜的透光率比耐老化膜高5.4~35.64%,棚内气温比普通膜和耐老化膜增高2.7~4.5℃,地温增高0.1~1.9℃,作物增产增值比普通膜和老化膜提高9.33~22.19%和5.26~29.54%. The production, property and application of agricultural PE film are described in this paper. The light adjusting film is produced by extrusion-blowing PE resin filled with rare earth complex light adjusting agent and other functional auxiliaries. The tensile strength (vertical/horizontal), elongation at break (vertical/ horizontal) and right angle tearing strength (vertical/horizontal) of the film are 17. 2/16. 1 MPa, 113/ 457% and 81/86 kN respectively. Red-light film with a peak wavelength of 616nm, blue-light film with a peak wavelength of 436nm and green-light film with a peak wavelength of 540nm could be prepared by using red-, blue- and green-light adjusting agents respectively, of these films the red one is the best. The re-sult of the practical application of the film shows that the light transmitance of the red one is 5. 4- 35. 64 % higher than that of weather resistant film, the temperature in the red-light film shed is 2. 7-4. 5℃ higher than that in ordinary film shed, with the earth's surface temperature 0. 1-1. 9℃ higher, resulting in a high crops yield which is 9. 33-22. 19% and 5. 26-29. 94% higher than that in ordinary and weather resistant film shed respectively.
