摘要
本文论述了复合型多功能聚乙烯棚膜的结构设计,功能性助剂的选择及生产工艺。对产品的耐老化性能、保温性能和无滴性能的测试数据及实际应用效果进行了分析,结果表明复合型多功能聚乙烯棚膜与单层多功能聚乙烯棚膜相比,具有成本低,助剂间相互干扰小,使用效果好的特点,综合经济效益显著。
In this paper,the structure design,choice of functional additives,pro-duction technique of multifunctional lamilated PE greenhouse film have beendescribed.The aging resistance,thermal insulation,nondripping properties ofthe products and its application have been analysed.The results showed thatmultifunctional laminated PE film has the characteristics of lower cost,lessmutual interference of the additives,better usefulness and obvious comprehe-nsive economical benefits as compared to single layer multifunctional PE film.
