摘要 规整填料中的GEMPAK填料具有通量大、压降小、传质传热效率高、操作弹性大等优点,尤其适用于润滑油型减压塔。加工能力为350万t/a的大庆第三套常减压蒸馏装置8.2m的大型减压塔内减三线与减四线及净洗段首次应用GEMPAK规整填料并配置合理的塔进料及洗涤分配型式,可使同等操作条件下的重质润滑油基础油质量有较明显的提高:650SN料比色由6.0号下降到4.5~5.0号;残炭由0.404%下降到0.242%~0.274%;馏分宽度(2%~97%)由>128℃下降到90℃。 The GEMPAK structured packings have unique advantages: high capacity, low pressure drop, high efficiency of heat and mass transfer, and excellent operating flexibility. These packings areespecially suitable for vacuum tower in lube oils production. Apart from an optimal feed rate into the vacuum distillation unit and the application of a liquid distributor, the large vacuum tower with a diameter of 8.2 m filled with the GEMPAK structured packings in the third and fourth sidestream sections and in thewash zone can result in an improved quality of lube oil basestocks. The 650 SN base oil now produced hasa color of 4. 5-5. 0 against the previous 6. 0 according to the ASTM color scale, and its Conradson carbonis reduced from the previous 0. 404% to 0. 24-0. 27 %. The distillation range (2%-97% recovered)of thesaid base oil is reduced from the previous 128℃ to 90℃
