摘要
在环丁砜抽提装置中，汽提塔发泡是影响生产装置高负荷稳定运行的主要障碍，因此需使用消泡剂来抑制发泡。我国以前没有用于石油化工油相体系的消泡剂。因此环丁砜装置用消泡剂一直依靠进口。本文介绍了国内首次研制成功的用于油相体系的ＨＤＦ－０１消泡剂以及在本厂环丁砜抽提装置上使用一年的情况考察，并作技术分析和对比，认为ＨＤＦ－０１消泡剂完全能满足生产要求和代替进口的消泡剂。
Foaming in the stripper is the main problem that affects the smooth running and capacity of a sulfolane extraction unit, therefore, anti foaming agent is usually used to suppress foaming. In thispaper a brief introduction is given on HDF-01 antifoaming agent which is applicable to oil phase system.HDF-01 is the first of this category developed in China. This antifoaming agent has been successfully usedin the commercial unit for one year. Through technical analysis and in comparison with the reference imported product, it is concluded that HDF-of antifoaming agent can fulfil all the requirements and may replace the imported ones.
