摘要
道路沥青是一种复杂的混合物 ,影响道路沥青性质的因素有很多 ,对国内道路沥青而言 ,较高的含蜡量严重影响国产高等道路沥青的性能 ,蜡对道路沥青性能的影响 ,国内外都有不同的观点。采用超临界流体精密分离技术研究了两种国内道路沥青和一种国外道路沥青的蜡分布 ,对蜡分布及其对道路沥青性能的影响进行了讨论 ,研究结果表明 ,两种国内道路沥青的蜡主要为蜡含量分析时生成的“二次蜡” ,两种国内道路沥青的主要性能指标与国外道路沥青相当 ,在某些指标上还要优于国外沥青。两种国内道路沥青的蜡含量要高于国外道路沥青 ,表明沥青中蜡的影响是一个复杂的问题 ,不仅与蜡的含量有关 ,还与蜡的形式有关 ,对于蜡的存在与道路沥青的性能的影响还需要进行进一步的研究。
Pavement asphalt is a very complicated mixture consisting of different chemical components. The properties of pavement asphalt depend on various factors. The high wax content in domestics high way asphalt has limited its application. There are different viewpoint about the relationship between the properties and wax content of pavement asphalt. The wax distribution of different pavement asphalts was investigated in the paper. The experimental results show that wax in the pavement asphalt mainly was the wax which came from the dealkyl reaction of aromatic rings linked by alkyl chains. Although the domestics high wax content, the properties of the asphalt is superior to the overseas pavement asphalt which has lower wax content. The influence of the wax content of pavement asphalt on its properties related to the wax content and its properties. The more study need to be done about the relationship of properties of pavement asphalt and its wax content.
