摘要
对糠醛气相脱羰制呋喃用Pd Ⅱ催化剂的失活及再生进行了研究,考察了表面处理、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原温度和还原时间对催化剂再生的影响,确定了糠醛气相脱羰用Pd Ⅱ催化剂的最佳再生工艺参数,评价了再生催化剂的寿命。结果表明,失活催化剂经过再生后,催化剂活性有较大的改善,再生催化剂具有较好的稳定性。
Deactivation and regeneration of Pd-Ⅱcatalysts for decarbonylation of furfural were studied. The influences of surface treatment, calcination temperature, calcination time, reduction temperature and reduction time on the regeneration were investigated and optimum regeneration parameters determined. The life of regenerated catalysts was also tested. The experimental results showed that activity of the deactivated catalyst was greatly improved by regeneration with good stability.
