摘要
对机械密封的汽相体积比与膜压系数进行了研究,给出了计算式。这两个参数均可用作判断相态和相态稳定性的判据。影响这两个判据的一些多数有相对饱和蒸汽压、温度比、半径比和粘度比等,利用这些参数和判据,可以确定汽液两相机械密封的设计参数,即面积比和膜压系数。文中用示例计算出面积比等多数,并分析了相态稳定性,所得结论可用于汽液两相机械密封的设计。
In this paper vapour phase volume fraction and fluid film pressure coefficient ofmechanical face seals (MFS)and its calculation were presented. Both these parameters can beused as criteria for important in fluence factors, such as related saturated vapour prcssure,temperature ratio,radius ratio, viscousity ratio, etc, were an alysed. All these parameters areneeded for determination of film pressure coefficient and area ratio(balance ratio).Someexamples of calculation of area ratio and analysis of phase state and state stability of someMFS were presented. Some useful conclusions can be used in calculation of vapour-liquidphase MFS.
