摘要
研制了船舶艉轴机械密封试验装置,该装置由动力和密封两大部分组成,能模拟各种工况下船舶艉轴机械密封的工作状况。以合金与青铜材料为密封摩擦副进行了密封性能试验,测试密封端面温度、摩擦因数、泄漏量等主要性能参数。该密封试验装置可用于探讨机械密封工作机制,筛选机械密封材料,评价密封性能,从而提高机械密封工作寿命和可靠性。
A mechanical seal testing device of marine stern shaft was developed,which consists of dynamical set and mechanical seal set.The testing device can simulate the various operating conditions of the mechanical seal of marine stern shaft.Taking an alloy and bronze materials as the friction pair of a mechanical seal of marine stern shaft,the main performance parameters were measured on the testing device,including the seal surface temperature,friction coefficient and leakage.The testing device can be used to analyze the working mechanism of the mechanical seal,select the right seal materials,estimate the sealing performance and improve the working life and reliability of the mechanical seal.
