摘要
介绍了多组分烃类混合物的密度、汽液相平衡常数等热力学物性及粘度、导热系数等热物性的计算方法,以平行端面机械密封为模型,给出了多组分烃类混合物密封性能参数计算程序的编制方法和使用方法,对不同组成的多组分烃类混合物,给出了膜压系数和端面温度间的关系曲线。理论计算结果和现场实测结果吻合很好,证明文中所给方法及程序的可靠性,该计算方法可供机械密封设计部门使用。
The paper introduces the methods for calculating the thermodynamic andthermophysical properties of multicomponent hydrocarbon mixtures。Taking parallel face sealsas models, the making method of the program used to calculate seal performance formulticomponent hydrocarbon mixtures is presented.For mixtures with different components,the relation between film pressure coefficient and face temperature is also given。 Thetheoretical results are in excellent agreement with the measured results in site。 It is proved thatthe methods and program given in this paper can be applied to mechanical seal design.
