摘要
子宫内局部给酪氨酰肼1.5h后,子宫胞浆雌二醇受体(EcR)量明显下降,3h下降最明显,5h后这种作用基本消失。选择给药3h后为最佳作用时间,观察到酪氨酰肼使子宫EcR下降的作用是剂效关系。酪氨酰肼使妊娠d1、d3、d5大鼠子宫EcR含量下降。血清雌激素(E)和孕激素(P)浓度在给药前和给药3h后无显著性差异。去卵巢10d大鼠,在给酪氨酰肼3h后,子宫EcR也降低。提示酪氨酰肼的这种作用是对子宫的直接作用,而不依赖卵巢内源性雌激素和孕激素。
The effect of tyrosine hydrazide on the uterine cybosol egtradiol receptor(EcR)content in the rat was studied. The EcR content of the uterine horns began to be reduced at 1. 5 h after intrauterine administration of 2mmol/L Tyr hydrazide(0.1ml),with further reduction at 3 h and returned to that of the control horn at 5 h.This effect of Tyr hydrazide occurred in dose-dependent manner.2mmol/L Tyr liydrazide could also decrease the uterine EcR content of preimplantation rats on d1,d3,d5,by 38.42%,32.26%,33.4%.The serum estrogen(E)and progesterone(P)concentrations measured 3 h after giving Tyr hydrazide on d1.d3.d5 showed no significant differences from that of the eontrol group.In ovarietomizied rats the uterine EcR contents were also reduced by 57.7% 3 h after the administration of tyrosine hydrazide.Therefore,it was suggested that the decrease of the EcR contents may be due to a direct effect of Tyr Hydrazide and not be related to the endogenous E and P concentrations.
