酪氨酸类似物对早孕大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量的影响

EFFECT OF TYROSINE ANALOGUES ON UTRINE CYTOSOL ESTRADIOL RECEPTOR CONTENT IN PREIMPLANTATION RATS

摘要 ①目的研究酪氨酸类似物对早孕大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量的影响及其机制。②方法宫腔注射酪氨酰肼及甘氨酰酪氨酸,检测早孕大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量。③结果酪氨酰肼和甘氨酰酪氨酸使妊娠第1,3,5天大鼠子宫胞浆雌二雌受体含量分别下降38.4%,32.2%,33.4%(t=2.313~3.312,P<0.05~0.01)和21.7%,16.4%,12.3%(t=2.187~3.174,P<0.05~0.01);去卵巢大鼠子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量也有下降(t=6.876,5.184,P<0.01)。④结论酪氨酰肼及甘氨酰酪氨酸直接作用于子宫,使子宫胞浆雌二醇受体含量下降。 Objective To study the mechanism and effect of tyrosine analogues on the content of uterine cytosol estradiol receptor(ER) in preimplantation rats. Methods Tyrosine(Tyr) hydrazide and Glycyl Tyr were injected into the uteri of preimplantation rats. The uterine cytosol ER content and the serum estrogen(E) and progesterone(P) concentrations were determined. Results Comparing with the control group, both Tyr hydrazide and Glycyl Tyr could significantly decrease the ER content in rats 1,3,5 days after conception( t=2.187 ̄3.174,P<0 05 ̄0 01) and in ovariectomized rats( t=6.876,5.184,P<0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the concentrations of serum E and P between the control group and Tyr hydrazide and Glycyl Tyr groups. Conclusion The decrease of uterine ER content may be due to a direct effect of Tyr hydrazide and Glycyl Tyr on uterine and is independant of endogenous E and P concentrations.
