摘要
依据液体的相变理论,论述了一种新的制冷手段──真空蒸发式制冷技术。文中着重分析了真空制冷的机理和数学模型,能量消耗和各种影响制冷效果的因素,提出了系统节能和提高产品质量的应用技术措施。
Based on the theory of phase change of moisture,this paper presents a new refrigerating technology──the vacuum cooling system. The principles, the characteristics of energy use and the factors affecting refrigeration results are analysed,Moreover,the paper puts forward the measures for energy saying and quality improving in vacuum cooling.
