摘要
为探讨多不饱和脂肪酸降低血浆胆固醇的机理,研究了亚油酸对培养的人皮肤成纤维细胞低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体活性的影响。从LDL受体饱和分析和Scatchard作图以及单点分析表明,亚油酸可增加LDL受体量,并提高受体对LDL的亲和力。提示亚油酸增加LDL受体的活性与其降低血浆胆固醇的作用有关。
This article is to study the effect of linoleic acid on LDL receptor of human skin fibroblasts. On the basis of LDL receptor saturation analysis of control and treatment groups, we get Scatchard curve and LDL receptor level from these two groups.The result indicated that compared with the control group, the amount of  ̄(125)I-LDL bound were enhanced in cells grown in medium supplemented with linoleic acid. Kinetic studies showed that the affinity of  ̄(125)I-LDL binding fibroblasts LDL receptor in the treatment group was higher than that of in the control group.
