摘要
DHA属n-3系多不饱和脂肪酸,对人体有着重要的生理作用。阐述了DHA的来源、生理功能、摄入量和产品生产中存在的问题。指出目前DHA的研究热点主要集中在开发新原料、分离纯化和防止氧化方面。
As a n -3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, DHA plays an important role on human biological system. The resource, physiological function, intake amount and the problems in production were introduced. The research on DHA focused on the development of new raw materials,purification and oxidation prevention.
