摘要
本文叙述 X 射线粉晶衍射谱在超导氧化物 YBa_2Cu_3Ox 研究中的应用如下:1.鉴定高 T(?)相;2.确定超导的正交相和半导体的四方相的相对含量;3.估计晶粒择优取向度;4.测定 YBa_2Cu_3Ox中的氧含量;5.估计样品的超导转变温度 T(?)。
Applications of X-ray powder diffraction pattern on the investigation of the super-conductor oxide YBa2Cu3Ox are described , They are:1. Identification of the high Tc phase. 2. Determination of the relative content of the superconductive orthorhombic phase against the semiconductive tetragonal phase. 3.Estimation of the degree of the preferential orientation of its grains. 4.Evaluation of the O2 content of each molecular formula, 5. Estimation of its Tc.
