摘要
在无特殊设计的温度梯度条件下,用熔融织构法制备了高电流密度的 YBCO(123)块样。组织分析表明,样品由厚度约为10μm 的薄片晶粒,按 c 轴相互平行的方式定向排列而成,晶粒长度达1cm。在77K,5T 下,直流传输电流密度达40kA/cm^2。钉扎势(77K,1T)为0.2eV 左右。
YBCO bulk material with high J_c value was prepared by using melting texturedgrowth method under no special designed temperature gradient.Structure analysis shows thatthe specimen is composed of large thin plate form grains with their c axis paralls.The size of thislarge grain is about 10mm×3mm×5—10μm.The specimen reaches a transport critical currentdensity of 40kA/cm^2 and the pinning patential at 77K and 1T is 0.2eV.
