摘要
采用给大鼠腹腔注射镉(CdCl_2 1mg/kg)或/和硒(Na_2SeO_3 0.4mg/kg)的方法,研究了硒对镉在大鼠肝脏亚细胞分布及脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,给大鼠连续腹腔注射CdCl_2(1mg/kg)3d,可致大鼠肝微粒体和线粒体脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量显著增加,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著下降,肝细胞浆还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低。同时给大鼠腹腔注射Na_2SeO_3(0.4mg/kg),硒可拮抗上述镉的效应。但硒对大鼠肝脏镉含量及镉在肝脏亚细胞分布没有明显影响。
The effect of selenium on subcellular distribution of cadmium and lipid peroxidation in rat liver was studied by administering ip. Na_2SeO_3(0.4mg/kg) or/and CdCl_2 (1mg/kg) for 3 days. The results showed that the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) increased, the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) decreased siginficantly in rat liver microsome and mitchondria, and the content of glutathione(GSH) in rat liver cytosol decreased obviously after injection of CdCl_2 for 3 days alone. The lipid peroxidation of rat liver caused by CdCl_2 was antagonized by the injection of Na_2SeO_3 simultaneously, but the content of liver cadmium and subcellular distribution of cadmium was not affected by the injection of Na_2SeO_3.
