摘要
对２０例地方性克汀病患者的外用血淋巴细胞微核率进行了初步观察。经ｘ２检验，患者的微核率明显高于对照组的微核率。提示缺碘可能诱发染色体一变。
The lymphocyte m icronucleus rate of peripheral blood was detected in 20cases of
patients with endem ic cretinism,The results showed that tkere is a signiflcant dif-ference between
the patients and the healthy people in micronucleus rate. The results sug-gested that lack ofiodine
wolild cause chromosome damage.
