关于糖甜菜两种新型细胞质雄性不育系花药及花粉发育的细胞形态学观察 被引量:1

摘要 本文对可育系双丰三号及Owen S质、P质、C质三种不同细胞质的不育系进行了花药和花粉发育的细胞形态学比较观察。结果表明:双丰三号绒毡层细胞解体的时期较晚,它是在小孢子单核中末期~单核后期迅速解体的。 三种不育系花粉败育的时期多发生在小孢子单核早,中期,而发育多停滞在单核中期。在败育期发生下列异常现象: 1 在小孢子单核早期,小孢子细胞质解体,其核相互粘连。 2 在小孢子单核早期~中期时,绒毡层细胞液泡化,随后过早地全部解体;绒毡层细胞液泡化并“增生”;绒毡层细胞形成多核原生质团,似瘤状“突入”或成片“漫入”药室。 绒毡层发育异常可能是导致花粉败育的主要原因。败育特征既有相同的,又有不同的,可能做为三种不育系相互区别的依据。 This paper describes the cytological observations on anther and pollen developments of mate fertile line and three kinds of CMS lines-P.C and Owen S of sugarbeet. The results obtained are summacizedas follow: The stage disorganized of tapetum cells of male fertile line is later. The tapetum cells were disorganized that was much guickly, during uninucleate mid-late to uni-nucleate late of microspore. There were a lot of pollen aborting phenomena in the three different CMS lines, some might occur at microspore primal uni-nucleate, but, most of them might occur at microspore esrly. mid uni-nucleate stage. Their developments mainly slopped at microspore mid uni-nucleate stage. During this stages, the following abnormal phenomena were revealed: 1. The cytoplasm of microrpore dirorganized and their nucleuses fused together at microspore early uni-nuclee stage. 2. All of the tapetal cells disorganized much early than expected; The tapetal cells 'Inereased 'and 'Vacuolated '; The tapetal cells fused together to form pesiplasmodinm during microspore carly-mid uniclecte stage. There is same abnormal phenomenon and there is also different abnormal phenomenon among three types of CMS lines, these can accomplish differential evidence of three CMS lines.
